Responsible for the administration of the Company's Stock Option Plans as well as the Deferred Compensation Plans for Corporate Executives and Loan Consultants.
¨ Coordinated stock option exercises between executives, brokers and the Company's transfer agent to insure timely receipt of shares and monies.
¨ Implemented wire transfer of shares to brokers to accommodate T+3 settlement date deadlines, decreasing executive payout times from two weeks to one week.
